Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to AI Musician. By creating an account, purchasing a plan or credits, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age in your country. If you cannot legally enter a paid contract, a parent, guardian, or authorized organization must approve your use and purchases. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for activity under your account.

Service and AI results

AI Musician provides an Agent, music and media generation tools, audio processing, a creative library, and optional public sharing. Some operations run asynchronously through background queues. Timing estimates are not guarantees, and providers, models, limits, or features may change.

Generative results may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to results produced for others, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must review results before publication, distribution, performance, or commercial use.

Your content and rights

You retain any rights you already hold in content you submit. You grant us and our processors a limited, worldwide license to host, reproduce, transform, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and fulfill your requests.

You promise that you have the necessary rights and permissions for prompts, lyrics, recordings, voices, images, and other inputs. We do not guarantee that an output is eligible for copyright, unique, non-infringing, or cleared for commercial use. You are responsible for rights clearance and compliance with applicable law.

Publishing to the Showcase grants us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, format, and promote that published item in connection with AI Musician until you unpublish it, subject to reasonable archival and cached copies.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, do not infringe rights; impersonate or clone a real person without authorization; create illegal sexual content or content involving minors; facilitate violence, fraud, malware, or deception; bypass rate limits or security; scrape private data; or overload the service.

Credits, subscriptions, and payment

Prices, included credits, renewal periods, and taxes are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally does not erase the current paid period. Credits are a limited, revocable service entitlement, have no cash value, cannot be transferred unless we expressly allow it, and may expire as stated at purchase or in your account.

Generation costs may vary by tool. A task may reserve or consume credits when processing begins. Failed eligible tasks may automatically return credits. Refunds and billing corrections follow the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.

Third-party services

The service depends on hosting, AI, payment, storage, and audio-processing providers. Their availability and terms may affect features. Links or integrations do not imply that we control or endorse every third-party service.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request account closure. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users or infrastructure, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law, address unpaid balances, or enforce these Terms. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal through support.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss caused by your reliance on generated content. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Changes, governing terms, and contact

We may update these Terms for legal, security, provider, or product changes. Material updates will be identified by a new date and, where appropriate, notice in the service. Questions can be submitted through the public support control or Settings → Support Tickets.
