How subscription cancellations, consumed credits, failed jobs, and billing issues are handled.

Subscriptions and cancellation

You may cancel a subscription from your account where that option is available or through support. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; access and included benefits normally continue until the end of the paid period. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period.

Digital credits and generation jobs

Credits and AI generation are digital services delivered or consumed when processing begins. Purchases are generally non-refundable after credits have been used or a requested job has started, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

When an eligible generation fails before producing a usable result, the service may automatically return the credits charged for that task. A credit reversal is not a cash refund. Results rejected only for subjective creative preference are not treated as technical failures.

Issues we will review

Contact support promptly for duplicate charges, an unauthorized transaction, an incorrect amount, paid access that was not delivered, or an extended verified service failure. Include the account email, order or transaction identifier, date, amount, and a concise description. Do not send full card numbers or passwords.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when practical. Provider processing times, exchange rates, bank fees, and non-refundable taxes may affect the final amount or arrival time.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or warranty rights that apply in your jurisdiction. To request review, use the public support control or Settings → Support Tickets.
