This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of AI Musician ("AI Musician," "we," "us") handles personal information when you use our website, Agent, Studio, Library, Showcase, payments, and support services.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, profile image, authentication records, and account preferences.
• Creative content: prompts, lyrics, uploaded images or audio, generation settings, generated music, artwork, sound effects, stems, and related metadata.
• Agent data: messages, tool requests, tool results, conversation history, and feedback you submit.
• Transaction data: plan, credit balance and usage, order and subscription identifiers, payment status, currency, and billing metadata. Payment providers process full payment credentials; we do not intentionally store full card numbers.
• Support and public content: support tickets, attachments, replies, and anything you choose to publish to the Showcase.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, request logs, error data, cookies, locale, and theme preferences.

How and why we use information

We use information to provide and secure accounts; run Agent and generation tools; process queued background jobs; save and deliver creations; administer credits, subscriptions, and payments; provide support; prevent fraud or abuse; diagnose failures; and improve reliability and usability.

Depending on where you live, our legal bases may include performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with law, and consent where required—for example, for optional analytics cookies or publishing a private creation to the Showcase.

AI and infrastructure providers

To fulfill a request, relevant prompts, inputs, and files may be sent to configured AI, audio-processing, storage, hosting, and content-delivery providers. The current service is designed for Cloudflare infrastructure and may use configured providers such as KIE, OpenRouter, or MVSEP for particular tools. Payment, analytics, and support providers are involved only when their features are enabled or used.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or third-party material unless you are authorized to do so and are comfortable with the necessary processing.

Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers acting for us; payment providers; professional advisers; authorities when legally required; or a successor in a merger, financing, acquisition, or asset transfer. Infrastructure and providers may process data in countries different from yours. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.

Public Showcase

Creations are private by default unless the interface clearly says otherwise. If you publish an item, its media, title, description, creator profile information, and related metadata may become publicly accessible and indexed. You can unpublish supported items, but copies already downloaded, cached, or shared by others may remain.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to operate your account, deliver requested services, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by data type. Deleting an account or item may not immediately remove backups, payment records, anti-fraud records, or information we must retain by law.

Security

We use measures appropriate to the nature of the information, including encrypted network transport, provider encryption at rest where available, access controls, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials private and notify us through support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your choices and rights

You can update profile information, manage creations, change cookie choices where offered, cancel a subscription, or request account assistance through Settings. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children

AI Musician is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required to consent to online data processing in their country. If you believe a child provided personal information without valid permission, contact us so we can investigate.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service or law changes. Material updates will be identified by a new date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice. For privacy questions or requests, use the public support control or submit a ticket from Settings → Support Tickets.
