Get support

Use the support control visible on public pages, or sign in and open Settings → Support Tickets. The ticket page keeps your request and replies together.

Choose a clear title and include the relevant tool, approximate time, task or order identifier, what you expected, and what happened. Screenshots are useful when they do not expose sensitive information.

Billing and account safety

For a billing issue, include the account email, provider, date, amount, and order or transaction identifier. Never send a password, authentication code, full card number, private API key, or unrelated personal document.

If you suspect unauthorized account access, change any reused password, secure the connected email account, and submit a ticket promptly.

Privacy and rights requests

State the request type—access, correction, deletion, objection, copyright, identity/voice, or another right—and identify the affected content or account. We may request proportionate information to verify identity or authority before acting.
