Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every prompt, upload, Agent conversation, generation, API request, and public post on AI Musician.

Respect rights and identity

Do not submit or generate material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights. Do not imitate, clone, or misleadingly represent a real person's voice or identity without valid authorization. Do not falsely present generated content as an authentic recording or statement by another person.

Prohibited harmful activity

You may not use the service to create or facilitate child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, credible threats, unlawful violence, targeted harassment, fraud, phishing, malware, spam, or illegal transactions. Do not use the Agent for instructions intended to compromise systems or evade safeguards.

Protect the service

Do not bypass access controls, rate limits, credit accounting, or safety systems; probe accounts or infrastructure without authorization; scrape private data; automate abusive traffic; resell access without permission; or interfere with other users' jobs and files.

Public content and enforcement

Public Showcase content must be suitable for a general audience and accurately labeled when context is needed. We may remove content, restrict tools, reverse abusive transactions, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the public, or comply with law. You can appeal an enforcement decision through support.
